Change the Profile Photo and Company Logo File Size Limit in Community Hub


Administrators can change the profile photo and company logo file size limit for the Upload Photo card type inCommunity Hub.

Contact Nimble AMS Support to complete these steps.

As of the Salesforce Summer '17 release, profile photos may be a maximum of 2MB in size. If Salesforce increases this limit in the future, you can increase the limit for your constituents in Community Hub.

  1. From Setup, enter Custom Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Custom Settings.
  2. Click Manage next to Customization Settings.
  3. Click Edit next to Customization.
  4. In Upload Photo File Size Limit, enter the maximum file size in MB. Be sure the amount entered not greater than the file size allowed by Salesforce.
  5. Click Save.
