BetaBeta — The term Beta is a safe harbor statement.  These new features have been thoroughly tested but may still have some bugs. We will do our best to communicate known limitations, so you can make an informed decision before enabling these features.

Your Community Hub profile is getting a little more personalized. Constituents can now upload and manage their photo for a more personalized account profile and experience in Community Hub. Their profile photo displays on the Personal Snapshot page (formally Profile Snapshot) and can be used in various rosters, directories or even a community.

Company managers can also upload and manage the logo for their company profile. The company logo displays on the Company Profile page and can also be used in rosters, directories, and more published items like a buyers guide.

What's New?

  • The Profile PhotoProfile Photo URL, and Profile Photo Revision ID fields have been added to the Account object so staff can view profile photos and logos and Nimble AMS can track the URL and version of the image.
  • The Personal Snapshot Page in Community Hub has been updated so constituents can view, add, or update a profile image for themselves.
  • The Edit My Profile Page in Community Hub has been updated so constituents can view, add, or update a profile image for themselves.
  • The Company Snapshot Page in Community Hub has been updated so company managers can view, add, or update a logo for their company.
  • The Edit Company Page in Community Hub has been updated so company managers can view, add, or update a logo for their company.
  • The Company Roster Page in Community Hub has been updated so company managers can view the profile photos of individuals and logos of each branch location.
  • The Upload Photo Card Type in Community Hub has been added so constituents can upload a profile photo or company logo.
