Create Account Consent Card Type

The Create Account Consent card type displays the CreateAccountConsentMessage label, and we recommend you add a CSS class to make the card stand out on the page. When constituents submit the page, the Create Account Consent card type selects Consented on their account and causes Last Consented Date to be populated with today's date.
