Edit a Sales Tax

Administrators can update sales taxes to account for changes in tax rates for applicable states or country.

When a sales tax rate is edited, any orders that are edited after the change in sales tax may have their taxes updated to match the new sales tax. If the new sales tax does not apply to the order, staff may need to adjust the tax on the order.

  1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs
  2. Click Sales Taxes.

  3. Select a list view—like All Sales Tax—and click Go!

  4. Click Edit next to the sales tax.

  5. Make the desired changes.
  6. Click Save.
