Email Sent After Cash Bill Creation

After Billing History is run, the staff member who created the Billing History record will receive an email verifying that the cash bill carts have been created.The email contains the following information:

  • Bill Type
    • Memberships
    • Program
  • Membership Type (examples)
    • Individual
    • Individual - International
    • Organization
    • Organization - International
  • Program Type (examples)
    • Certified Manager
    • Certified Professional
  • Current Term End Date
  • Billing Date

The email also contains a link to the Billing History record so that it can be quickly accessed in the org in which it was created.

You can change the recipient of the email by going to My Settings | Email | My Email Settings.
