Entity Order Items

By creating entity order items, you set the order item types that each entity has available to sell. The entity order items you create are listed in the Staff View order process "Let's Get Started" dialog box. In this section, you will find information and steps for entity order item configuration.

Before creating entity order items, you first create order item configurations and entities. Then, on the entity order item, you can associate an order item configuration with an entity. Each entity order item can have a unique accounts receivable (AR) GL account which, for example, allows you to track AR for membership in a different GL account than AR for registrations. 

The entity order items you set are listed in the Staff Vieworder process "Let's Get Started" dialog box.
