Create an Entity Order Item


Administrators can control which order item configurations are available for purchase from an entity.

  1. In the tab bar, click 
    App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click 
    Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.
  2. Click Entities.
  3. Select a list view—like All Active Entities—and click Go!

  4. Click Edit next to the entity you want to modify.
  5. In the Entity Order Items related list, click New Entity Order Item.
  6. Entity is populated.
  7. In Order Item Configuration, enter the name of the order item configuration you want to sell through this entity, click 
    Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, Lookup, and select the order item configuration.
  8. In AR GL Account, enter the name of the GL account you want to use for accounts receivable, click 
    Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, Lookup, and select the GL account.
  9. In Shipping GL Account, enter the name of the GL account you want to use for shipping revenue,  click 
    Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, Lookup, and select the GL account. 
  10. If you want to allow this entity order item to be eligible for bill me, select Bill Me Enabled.
