Register Button

The register button is used on the Event page to allow users click to register themselves or a colleague for an event or manage registrations for themselves or those they've made for their colleagues.

Registration

When the register button is clicked and users have not registered themselves for the event, they are taken into the registration process. Once users have registered themselves or others for the event, they can click to manage that registration and add more, if colleague registration is allowed. If an event in Nimble AMS is not active, is not self service enabled, or the web registration end date on the event occurs before the current date, the register button is disabled so that users cannot continue into the registration process. Also, the register button is disabled when an event has reached capacity or when users and all of their colleagues have registered for an event.

Editing and Cancellation

Once users have registered themselves for an event that does not allow colleague registration, the register button provides the option to manage their registration. Once users have registered themselves or a colleague for an event that allows colleague registration, the register button provides the option to manage their registration and add additional registrations.
