Schedule Lines List View Data Source

The Schedule Lines List View data source generates a list of ExpandableListViewData. Each ExpandableListViewData displays a different card with information about the the scheduled payment. When no URL parameter is given, the data source returns all pending and failed scheduled payments for the constituent.

If a URL parameter is given, the data source returns the scheduled payments for a particular installment plan.
