Nimble AMS allows staff members to set up an event and enable it in Community Hub, but make it hidden on the Events list page. When an event is hidden, staff can provide the event registration URL to users so that they can access the event page and register for the event. This is useful if an event is only intended for specific individuals or members of certain groups. To hide an event:
- Go to the event you want to hide in staff view.
- Click Edit.
- Under Self Service Information, select the Hidden checkbox.
- Click Save.
Once the event is marked as hidden, it will no longer appear on the Events list page.
