Profile Photo and Logo

Constituents can upload and manage their photo for a more personalized account profile and experience in Community Hub. Their profile photo displays on the Personal Snapshot page and can be used in various rosters, directories or even a community.

Company managers can also upload and manage the logo for their company profile and the profiles of their company locations. The company logo displays on the Company Profile page and can also be used in rosters, directories, and more published items like a buyers guide.

Community Hub

Profile photos and company logos are displayed throughout Community Hub to provide context on pages and to give constituents and company managers a simple way to update them.

Profile Photo

Constituents can add a profile photo, view it, and update it on these pages:

Company managers can add a logo for their company, view it, and update it on these pages:

Multiple Community Hubs

Because individuals and companies each have a single account in Nimble AMS, their profile photo and company logo displays throughout all Community Hubs.

Staff View

Profile photos and company logos are displayed in Staff View so staff can view them in page layouts and in analytics.

Once constituents add a profile photo for themselves or a logo for their company:

  • The image displays in Profile Photo on the account page layout so staff can view it.
  • The image file is added in the Files and Notes & Attachments related lists.
  • Profile Photo URL and Profile Photo Revision ID are populated with the URL and version of the image, for your reference.

When constituents upload a new version of the image:

  • The new version of the image displays in Profile Photo on the account.
  • A new version of the image is added to the file in the Files and Notes & Attachments related lists.
  • Profile Photo Revision ID updates with the new version, for your reference.

When constituents remove their profile photo for themselves or a company logo:

  • The image no longer displays in Profile Photo on the account.
  • The image file is removed in the Files and Notes & Attachments related lists.
  • Profile Photo URL and Profile Photo Revision ID are cleared.

Depending on how your org is set up, you may see the Files, Notes & Attachments, or both related lists. Grab a ☕ with your administrator and find out how Files are configured in your org (external).

Nimble AMS profile photos and logos are added to constituentsaccounts using Salesforce Files (external), not to be confused with Social Accounts/Account Logos (external) or Profile Photos (external) which are similar but different.
