Set Up a Password Policy and Complexity Message in Community Hub

Password complexity control for Community Hub is done through password policies. A password policy can be in place for both staff and Community Hub users, or for just Community Hub users. To bring clarity to Community Cloud account creation, a password complexity message can be configured to indicate the chosen password policy.

  1. From Setup, click Develop | Custom Settings.
  2. Click Manage next to the "Password Strength Meter Settings" custom setting.
  3. Click Edit next to Password Strength Meter.
  4. Customize the password strength score settings.
  5. Click Save.
