Donation Amount Card Type

The Donation Amount card type displays the Suggested Donation Amounts on the donation product determined by a data source. The amounts are displayed as buttons from which users can choose and the donation amount that matches the List Price on the donation product is preselected.

Users can click Other Amount and a field is shown where they can enter an alternate gift amount. 

The data source must return a donation Product sObject, like the DonationProduct Data Source.
