Edit An Open Batch

Staff can update a Batch Status from Open to Pending.

  1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs
  2. Click Batches.
  3. Select a list view—like All Open Batches—and click Go!
  4. Click Edit next to the batch you want to modify.
  5. In Source, select a different value from the drop down menu.
  6. In Batch Status, select Pending.

    Batch Status should only be changed when Health is Nimble AMS, Staff View, Image, Green Checkbox.

  7. In Transaction Date, select the date of the batch.
  8. Click Save.
