Enable Publication and Issue Tracking

Administrators can set up the Publication and Issue objects so staff can track and manage books, journals, magazines, or other media issued issued to the general public.

1. Assign permission sets (external) to staff:

   Permission Set	Description
   Nimble AMS Publication View All	View All permissions for the Nimble AMS Publication and Issue objects, including the tab, all record types, and all fields. It includes Read permission to the Publication and Issue fields on the Product and Engagement objects, respectively.
   Nimble AMS Publication Create and Modify All	Create and Modify All permissions for the Nimble AMS Publication and Issue objects, including the tab, all record types, and all fields. It includes Edit permission to the Publication and Issue fields on the Product and Engagement objects, respectively.

2. Add fields to page layouts (external):
   
   1. Add the Publication field to the Subscription page layout for the Product object. We recommend placing it in the Subscription section.
   2. Add the Issue field to the Engagement page layout for the Engagement object. We recommend placing it in the uppermost—Information—section.
