Register a Colleague

Users who have not registered themselves or others for an event can directly go to the registration process. A user without a primary affiliation can also register a colleague.

Prerequisites

  • Co-worker registration needs to be enabled for the respective event. To enable co-worker registration, see Enabling Co-worker Registration for an Event.
  • Organization account should have child affiliation for which they need to register colleagues.

Steps to register a colleague

Once an event is created in Community Hub, constituents can register their colleagues for the event. The staff user can also register for a constituent's colleague by following the below steps:

  1. From an Account, navigate to Community Hub.
  2. Go to Upcoming Events page.
  3. Click on the event for which you want to register a colleague.
  4. Click Register.
  5. On Manage Registrations page, select Register a Colleague.
  6. Select Colleague Name

    The list of colleagues displayed here will depend on child affiliations added to the organization account.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Select Registration in Registration section.

  9. Select the required sessions on Choose Sessions page.

  10. Click Checkout.

  11. Review your selection and make the payment.
