Delete a Batch


Staff can delete a batch that does not contain any carts or transactions. We recommend deleting empty batches on a regular basis to keep your org clean. If a batch only contains carts, then the carts must first be deleted before the batch can be deleted.

  1. In the tab bar, click 
    App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click 
    Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.
  2. Click Batches.
  3. Select a list view—like All Batches— and click Go!
  4. Click the Batch Id of the batch you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete.

  6. In the dialog box, click OK.
