Edit a Batch


Staff can edit a batch as needed. For example, staff can change Batch Status from Open to Pending.

To preserve a financial audit trail, Nimble AMS does not allow you to edit the Transaction Date of a batch once it has been created and saved.

  1. In the tab bar, click App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.
  2. Click Batches.
  3. Select a list view—like All Batches—and click Go!
  4. Click Edit next to the batch you want to modify.
  5. In Title, enter or edit the name of the batch.

    The Title can only be updated for Manual batches. Automatic batches automatically add the Title.

  6. If Batch Status is Open, you can update it to Pending.

    Batch Status should only be changed when Health is

  7. Click Save.
