Membership Management

Memberships can need to be modified for a variety of reasons - maybe someone no longer has the qualifications required to retain a membership and need to move to a different tier, or they need to cancel half way through. Whatever the reason, you can easily manage and adjust constituent memberships by using our standard features, or you can customize and create new processes to suit your needs.

Membership Term Override

Staff can select a date on which to end a membership, without the need to cancel or issue a refund. The selected date can also be used to extend a membership, if the date is in the future. The End Date Override feature has no financial or accounting implications. It only affects the End Date and Status of the membership record on which it is set. Constituents can still renew their membership, it will just have a Start Date beginning on the date following their last membership. 

Set a Membership to Not Renew in the Next Cash Billing

Staff can set a membership to not renew the next time cash billing occurs. This is helpful in instances where a constituent has chosen not to renew or is deceased.
