Enable Detailed Error Messages for a Community Hub User

By default, Community Hub shows users a simple error message when an unexpected issue is encountered. To aid in diagnosing and debugging any issues, administrators can enable detailed error messages for particular users in Community Hub.

In order to enable detailed error messages for a Community Hub user, staff must have the "Manage Users" permission.

  1. From an account, click the Manage External Account menu button and select View Customer User.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. In the Additional Information section, select Show detailed Error Messages.
  4. Click Save.
