Account Management

Community Hub provides administrators and staff the ability to manage users and perform the tasks needed to maintain their user base. With the proper permissions, staff can assist in password resets, and even log in as Community Hub user to provide further assistance. If the need should arise for a user to be denied access to Community Hub, staff can freeze that user so that they cannot log in.

Managing Specific Accounts

Staff can create or edit a company or individual account so you can track and manage your constituent's activity and demographics. While editing, there are a few fields that must have a value to save the changes, and other fields that ought to be left alone, as they will be populated automatically.

As of May 25, 2018, the European Union put the General Data Protection Regulation into effect, which requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of European Union citizens. In order to comply with this Nimble AMS has created features to assist organizations to help their constituents feel more secure and provide options to anonymize their data if need be.

External Profiles

To help connect Nimble AMS with external apps, gateways, and services, the External Profile object represents an external user account in an external app and provides an External ID which you can use to connect a Nimble AMS account to an account in another system.
