Coupon Support in Experience Cloud Community Hub

Elevate your member’s purchase experience through Coupon functionality in Experience Cloud Checkout. Members can enter a coupon code and redeem additional savings as they make a purchase or pay for an order through an easy-to-use and modern interface.

The coupon feature has built-in logic to ensure that the coupon code entered is valid and that only qualified products are discounted. Members can also remove a coupon code and try another code to maximize their savings before completing the purchase.

Association staff have access to valuable reports to get insights into coupon usage and track the effectiveness of their marketing effort.
