Evaluation Descriptions for Standard Business Rules
The purposes of Evaluation Descriptions are, to choose Apex class which is used by a Business Rule and then select any options provided by that class to influence the evaluation. To add a new evaluation, see Create a Custom Evaluation.
See the table below that lists an evaluation description of each Business Rule:
Business Rules | Evaluation Description |

Allow Cart or Order Scheduled Payments | Evaluates one-time payment, if the current cart or order has the ability to schedule it. |
Allow Community Installment Payments | Evaluates installment payments, if the current Community Hub user can schedule it. |
Allow Community Scheduled Payments | Evaluates, if the current Community Hub user can schedule payments. |
Allow logged in Point of Sale | Evaluates if the current staff user can make point of sale payments |

Allow Order Item Edit | Evaluates that the staff user has edited an item or not in the order wizard. |
Allow Overpayments | When the staff user set the Allow Overpayment Evaluation is a True Evaluator then user can pay the overpayments for the order and if not then. |
Allow Payment Delete | Whether the staff user can delete a payment or not in the order wizard. |
Allow Payment Edit | Whether the staff user can edit a payment or not in the order wizard. |
Allow Payment Refund | Whether the staff user can refund payments or not in the order wizard. |
Allow Payment Void | Whether the staff user can void a payment or not in the order wizard. |
Allow Save As Pro Forma Always | Whether the current user can Save as Pro Forma in the order wizard. |
Allow Schedule Line Create | Whether the current user can create schedule lines. |
Allow Scheduled Payments | Whether the staff user can schedule payments or not in the order wizard. |
Allow Self Service Disabled for Express | Whether or not to allow self service disabled products in express payments. |
Allow User Scheduled Payment | Determines if the current user has the ability to schedule one-time payments. |
