Find My Account Card Type

The Find My Account card type is used to display the FindMyAccount field set as a collection of editable fields. When these fields are populated, and submitted, they can be used in the in the Find my Account process. The fields in this field set are used to compare to existing accounts and can be altered by an administrator at any time.

The FindMyAccount field set must contain and require at least the Last Name field as well as a field to be used as a unique ID for the account.
