Update Invoice Remittance Text


Administrators can update the address and messaging included on the remittance portion of an invoice.

  1. In the tab bar, click 
    App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click 
    Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.
  2. Click Entities.
  3. Select a list view—like All Active Entities—and click Go!

  4. Click Edit next to the entity you want to modify.
  5. Update remittance detail:
    1. Update the remittance address information as needed.
    2. If you want to prevent the invoice remittance from printing on an invoice, deselect Remittance Enabled.
    3. If you want to change the messaging included on the invoice remittance, update the Remittance Text.
  6. Click Save.
