Use an Affiliation Roster

Staff can view an affiliation roster and interact with the hierarchy to find how accounts are affiliated with one another.

  1. From an account, in the Parent Affiliations or Child Affiliations related lists, click View All.

  2. Click View Roster.

    Account Company Roster page on Nimble AMS is now migrated from Classic to Lightning experience, keeping the original functionality intact. This means that you will see this page in lightning experience by default. In case you see the classic experience on this page, and need to enable Lightning Experience, follow the below steps:

    1. From Setup, enter Custom Metadata Types in the Quick Find box, then select Custom Metadata Types.
    2. Click Manage Records next to the Tag of Nimble AMS.
    3. Click Edit next to the Visualforce Lightning Stylesheets.
    4. Select Is Active.
    5. Click Save.

    The account is highlighted in yellow on the roster so you can identify it in the hierarchy.

  3. Interact with the affiliation roster:

    • Hover over an account name to see some record detail or click to browse to the record for more information.
    • Click 
      Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, Roster Expand
       next to an account to expand the hierarchy to see the affiliated children accounts or click 
      Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, Roster Collapse
       next to an account to collapse the hierarchy.
    • Click Edit to be taken to edit an affiliation.
    • Click Remove to remove an affiliation which sets Status to Inactive, deselects Primary Affiliation and sets Removal Date to the current date and time.
    • Click Print to open the roster in the print dialog box in your browser.

Customize the Affiliation Roster

Administrators can set the logo and address information shown on the affiliation roster and can customize the fields shown shown when viewing or printing the roster.
