Create An AR Aging

Administrators can create accounts receivable (AR) agings to group orders with balances of similar age together. AR Agings can be used in your analytics to create an aged accounts receivable report.

1. In the tab bar, click 

   

   App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click 

   

   Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.
2. Click Entities.

3. Select a list view—like All Active Entities—and click Go!

4. Click the name of the entity for which you want to add an AR Aging.
5. In the AR Agings related list, click New.

6. In AR Aging Name, enter the name you want to assign to the category. This name appears on analytics that include the AR Aging.

   

   A good name describes the AR Aging tier:
   0 to 30 Days or 31 to 60 Days

7. In Day, enter the highest day value that an order's balance should be considered within this range. 

   

   For example:

   30: Balances are considered within this range if they are less than or equal to 30 days.

   60: Balances are considered within this range if they are greater than or equal to 31 days and less than or equal to 60 days.

8. In Message, enter the message to display on an AR Statement when the constituent's balance meets this threshold. 
9. Entity is populated with the entity for which the AR Aging is used.
10. Click Save.
