Create an Order Item Configuration

Administrators can set up distinct order items to be supported by Nimble AMS. These order items can be assigned to different entities depending on which order items an entity should accept.

  1. In the tab bar, click 
    App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click 
    Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.
  2. Click Order Item Configuration.
  3. Click New.
  4. In Order Item Configuration Name, enter the name of the product record type for which you are making this order item configuration. 

    Only one configuration should be active per product record type.

  5. In Order Page Relative URL, enter the path of the page to use when an entity order item for this order item configuration is selected within the order process.
  6. In Image Relative URL, enter the path of a product icon to use with the order.
  7. In Cart Submitter Class, enter the name of the Apex class which implements IOrderTypeCartSubmitter for this product record type.
  8. In Status, select Active.
  9. Click Save.
