Customize the License Recycling Threshold and Number of Licenses to Recycle

The license recycling threshold and number of licenses to recycle can both be customized to fit your needs.

Contact Nimble AMS Support to complete these steps.

1. From Setup, enter Company Information in the Quick Find box, then select Company Information.
2. In the User Licenses section, note the number of total Customer Community Login licenses.
3. From the App Launcher 

   

   , enter Community Hub Settings, then select Community Hub Settings.

4. Click Edit next to Customization record of Customization Settings section.

5. Enter the noted value from point 2 in Customer Community Login License Count field.
6. Optionally, in Login License Free Up Threshold, enter the number of remaining licenses which, when reached, Community Hub will begin recycling licenses. The default is 5.
7. Optionally, in Number of Login Licenses to Free Up, enter the number licenses to recycle when the threshold is met. The default is 5.
8. Click Save.

License Recycling with Multiple Communities

Licenses for Community Hub are managed through Customization Settings. If you have multiple Community Hubs, the fields Customer Community Login License Count, Login License Free Up Threshold, and Number of Login Licenses to Free Up should be set to the same values for each community.
