Specify the Access Level for a Field for a Specific Field Set(s)

You can control access to a field for use in individual field set(s) by creating a read-only formula field within the containing object. The formula simply displays the value of the field you want the user to see, but provides a read-only field for display to the Community Hub user. See Building Formulas (external) to learn more.
