Merchandise Product Records, like Miscellaneous or Subscription Product Records, are created through the Product tab. You can learn more about this process on the Product Configuration Page.
There are two different types of categories in Nimble AMS:
Categories are created by administrators or staff, and are used to display a set group of merchandise records–like
Accounting Books or
Product categories are created by administrators, and are configured with a query or Apex class and display merchandise dynamically–like
New This Month.
