When an event is full, staff can use a waitlist to track constituents interested in attending. Staff can manually add constituents to a waitlist which you can use for reporting. When event capacity opens up, staff can manually register constituents and remove them from the waitlist.
View a Waitlist
- To view the waitlist for an event, from that event, view the Waitlists related list.
- To view any waitlist, from the Waitlists tab, select a list view.
Add a Constituent to a Waitlist
From an event, in the Waitlists related list, click New.
Change the Status of a Waitlist Record
- From an event, in the Waitlists related list, click the waitlist you want to update.
Status, select the new status for the waitlist record.
