Member Portal Improvements (Built on Experience Cloud)As part of our continuous effort to enhance the member and staff experience, we are thrilled to announce some exciting improvements in the new Member Portal. One Payment for Pro Forma OrdersPaying multiple outstanding orders one by one can be time-consuming for members. With the new Member Portal, we've enhanced One Payment functionality that allows the users to pay for their multiple Pro Forma Orders in a single checkout. While the ability to pay for multiple unpaid Processed Orders remains available, this enhancement expands the convenience to include Pro Forma Orders, streamlining the payment process during renewals or bulk payments and making it easier for members to stay current with their dues. Advanced Taxation SupportMembers and staff expect accurate tax calculations when purchasing products. With Avalara-based advanced taxation now supported, users can now benefit from consistent, real-time tax handling across the new Member Portal. With Advanced Taxation, Tax is calculated automatically and correctly across jurisdictions thereby improving checkout accuracy, ensuring seamless compliance and up-to-date rates. Donation Improvement to support non-primary entityThe Nimble AMS Member Portal now supports Donation specific entities, providing Associations the ability to control the behavior of financial transactions for Donation orders. Ensure every donation is properly aligned with your organization’s financial structure. With the Nimble AMS Member Portal, donations automatically respect the financial entity of the designated donation product, providing precise revenue tracking, simplified reconciliation, and accurate reporting. Stored Payment token sharing across entity payment gatewaysDeliver a seamless payment experience with Nimble AMS. Enhanced Saved Payments let members and staff use securely stored payment methods across every checkout, no matter where they were saved — eliminating duplicate entries, simplifying transactions, and making every payment touchpoint faster and more convenient. Reinstate ImprovementWhen members are reinstated after an extended lapse, the renewal membership dates didn’t always reflect the correct membership term. Especially when the lapse exceeded the original membership term. We’ve updated the logic to factor in both the membership type (Annual or Anniversary) and reinstatement timing, ensuring accurate renewal dates, regardless of how long ago the membership lapsed. Proration ImprovementIn certain scenarios where Start Date Control was enabled, the system miscalculated proration by including an extra month, resulting in slightly inflated membership charges. We’ve corrected the proration logic to ensure amounts now align exactly with the configured term duration, improving billing accuracy for both staff and members. | Waitlist |
