Known Issues ListNimble AMS strives to provide our clients with increased transparency and satisfaction. Introducing the Known Issues list! Get visibility into the list of known product defects directly on NimbleLand. Find issues based on a specific Status or a Tag associated with the issue. View the details of a particular issue to get additional information to understand if it affects your business use case. Be informed about a workaround that may be available that you can adopt until the issue is fixed in a release. Visit NimbleLand for more information! | |
Experience Cloud Community Hub ImprovementsAs part of our continuous effort to add functionality to Experience Cloud Community Hub, we have made some exciting improvements with the Spring '23 release. Pro forma Membership Renewal Billing ImprovementPro forma Membership Billing allows your association to create estimated membership renewal orders, without any accounting impact, and email them to members. Your members have a more streamlined and modern experience paying for their Pro forma membership renewal bill. The payment process now aligns with and uses the Experience Cloud Checkout feature, providing them with more payment method options. Once the payment is made, the Pro forma bill is converted into an order and corresponding accounting entries are created. Product Variants in Experience CloudProduct Variants is now supported in Experience Cloud Community Hub to provide you and your association members with a modern, enjoyable, and seamless shopping experience. Members can view the various options (attributes) that a product provides and then select a specific product for purchase. They can either buy the product immediately through the 'Buy Now’ option or add the product to a Shopping Cart before checking out through the Experience Cloud Checkout. Add to Cart button override in Product Item Details LWCAssociations and their members have an improved experience when working with the Lighting Store on Experience Cloud Community Hub. Association staff and admin users can now define and set the destination behavior of the ‘Add to Cart' button per Product through staff view. The feature provides opportunities for Associations to offer product types other than Merchandise products through the Lightning Store and control the next steps in the purchase process. As an example, Events could now be listed in the Lightning Store (with a custom data source) and the ‘Add to Cart' button on the Product Item Details component could be set to direct the member to the registration process. | |
Product Variants WizardThe Product Variants Wizard is an easy-to-use tool designed to provide Association Staff with a quick method of creating Parent Products, Children Products, and Attributes as well as linking them together automatically. This reduces the time needed for setting up product variants by simplifying the setup experience, leaving your staff with more time to focus on Member value. | |
Coupon WizardThe Coupon Wizard is an easy-to-use tool designed to provide Association Staff with a quick method of creating and configuring coupons. This tool reduces the amount of time spent setting up coupon products from scratch. | |
CardPointe Payment Gateway IntegrationWe are excited to announce that in the Spring '23 release we will be supporting the CardPointe payment gateway from CardConnect. This new payment gateway option provides a collection of out-of-the-box features that drive efficiency based on how you run your organization including multi-layered security that ensures all data remains safe and PCI compliant, while aligning ourselves with CardConnect's go-forward strategy. | |
Sales Cloud Connector ImprovementsNew in Spring '23, Nimble AMS now supports Advertisement, Exhibit, and Sponsorships products in Sales Cloud Connector making it even easier for your association to take advantage of Sales Cloud capabilities. The added support empowers your Sales team to track and manage Lead and Opportunities from these product types and easily convert them to Orders in Nimble AMS when a sale is complete. |
