Member Portal ImprovementsAs part of our continuous effort to enhance the member and staff experience, we are thrilled to announce some exciting improvements in the new Member Portal. Checkout ImprovementsThrough the optimized checkout process, your members/constituents can now check out additional product types (Subscription, Programs, and any Custom product type you may have created). Members can now initiate a transaction through the new Member Portal or Visualforce Community Hub and complete the purchase through the new checkout page for a smoother, easier, and modern experience. Stay tuned for more updates! Custom Field TrackingYour system admin now has the flexibility to configure and track any product type’s purchase history data to meet the unique needs of your business. The feature empowers you to capture key data related to your members' purchases, helping you analyze purchasing trends and customer preferences through a point-and-click solution. Unlock the power of customization through this new system admin function! Stay tuned for more updates! Streamline Your Event Planning with Add to Calendar capabilityWe’ve made it easier for your members to keep track of their upcoming events! With our new "Add to Calendar" feature, your members can seamlessly add events directly to their Google or Outlook calendars with just one click, allowing them to stay organized and never miss an important date! Continue Shopping Button for Seamless NavigationWe’ve introduced a new Continue Shopping button on the Shopping Cart page, giving your members a seamless way to continue browsing and adding more products before they checkout. This button can be easily configured by your Association staff to redirect members to any shopping page of your choice, enhancing the overall shopping experience by keeping it fluid and intuitive. New Inventory Alert on Product Item Details PageTo enhance your members' shopping experience, we’ve added a new inventory alert feature on the Product Item Details page. Now, when the stock of a product reaches a certain threshold, a message will be displayed saying, "Hurry, only 'n' left in stock," where 'n' represents the remaining inventory. Association staff can easily define this inventory threshold through our point-and-click capabilities and even customize the alert message to suit their needs, creating a sense of urgency and encouraging quicker purchases. Customize the Receipt button redirection on My Orders LWCAssociations sometimes would want to define their own custom Order Summary pages for their unique brand identity, or to include few custom workflows or custom fields or messaging. We’ve made it easier for Associations to customize the member experience! Now, the Association Staff can configure where members are redirected when they click the Receipt button on the My Orders page. Using our point-and-click capabilities, staff can direct members to a custom Order Summary page built with Nimble Create Templates, ensuring a seamless and personalized post-purchase experience. Dynamic Filter with Multi-Select Picklist SupportOur latest update empowers associations with more precise filtering options in the Lightning Store. The Dynamic Filter now supports multi-select picklist fields, enabling members to easily locate products based on multiple criteria within a single filter. For example, if a product is available in California, Virginia, and Washington DC, members can filter by these states to find the relevant product quickly, enhancing their shopping experience. | |
Member DirectoryExpand your professional network and easily find information on fellow members through the Member Directory. With a user-friendly filter and searching capabilities, you can easily find fellow members to build connections and foster collaboration. | |
Membership Retention DashboardThe Nimble AMS Retention Dashboard gives Staff an overview into member retention metrics, including both Lapsed memberships and Renewals. This enables staff to track trends and identify areas for improvement. | |

Impactful ImprovementsWe focused on making enhancements inspired by your valuable feedback and addressing key issues to streamline and enhance both your staff and member's experiences, including: Customizable Order Summary Page for Better ControlYour Association staff can now have the flexibility to show or hide the Primary Affiliation Account Name on the Visualforce Order Summary, ensuring that your members’ experiences are tailored to your organization's needs. New Schedule-Payments FlexibilityWe've added a new Custom setting, Process Eligible Past Inst. Schedules, to give Associations greater control over managing their payment schedules. Now, you can automatically process not just failed and current ongoing payment schedules, but also past-dated ongoing ones as well. New Grace Period Membership FlagWe’re excited to introduce a new Grace Period Membership Flag on the Account record, inspired by feedback from one of our valued customers. This enhancement adds an orange icon to indicate when a member's membership is in the grace period. This new flag allows staff to quickly identify members in the grace period, enabling timely actions like offering discounts or extending renewal deadlines, ultimately improving member retention and satisfaction. Optional Event Questions for Staff in Order ProcessorBased on a customer suggestion, we’ve added a new Optional for Staff checkbox to Event questions in the Order Processor. Previously, when an Event question was marked as mandatory, it required answers from both Association staff and members. With this enhancement, Association staff can now skip certain mandatory questions when registering members thereby streamlining the registration process. For example, questions on diversity or ethnicity can be required for members on the portal while being optional for staff, making phone registrations quicker and more efficient while still collecting necessary information from members. Exclude Specific Organization Accounts from My Affiliation SearchWe’ve introduced a new feature that allows Association staff to exclude certain organization accounts from appearing in the My Affiliation search results in the Community Hub. This enhancement was driven by customer feedback, highlighting the need to declutter the search results and make it easier for members to find relevant affiliations. With the new “Exclude From Affiliation Search” checkbox on the Organization/Company Account layout, staff can now designate specific accounts, such as test accounts or special program records, to be hidden from member search results, ensuring a more streamlined and relevant experience for users. Enhanced Refunds for PrepaymentsWe’re excited to announce an improvement to our Prepayments functionality that now allows Association staff to process refunds for unused prepayment balances, regardless of the batch status. This enhancement offers greater flexibility in managing member funds, ensuring that refunds can be handled efficiently, enhancing both financial operations and member satisfaction. Streamlined Cash Bulk Billing for Optional ProductsWe have introduced an essential enhancement to our cash bulk billing process! With our latest update, you now have the flexibility to exclude optional products from automatic renewal billing. This feature ensures that one-time or ad-hoc upgrades are not billed continuously, giving you better control over your billing cycles. Effortlessly manage which products are included in renewals with a simple checkbox option, enhancing accuracy and customer satisfaction. Balance Transfer Flexibility for Seamless Order ManagementWe’ve upgraded our payment transfer functionality to offer even better flexibility! Now, not only can you transfer payments from canceled to active cart items, but you can also move overpayments from active cart items to cover balances on canceled cart items. This enhancement simplifies financial management, ensuring that every dollar is efficiently allocated within an order. |
