Enable Editing or Cancellation for Event Registrations for Community Hub

By enabling this feature, constituents will be able to edit or cancel their registrations for an event. 

1. From an event in Staff View, click Edit.
2. Optionally, in the "Editing, Cancelling, & Waitlisting" section, select Is Editable.
3. Optionally, in the "Editing, Cancelling, & Waitlisting" section, select Is Cancellable.
4. Click Save.

Enabling this feature will also require that the Registration Modification Cut Off Date be set for events that allow editing or cancellation.
