Administrators can set which email template to send when constituents check out in Community Hub and when staff click Send Email on an order. You can use an email template included with Nimble AMS or a custom email template. Learn more about Email Templates (external).
- From Setup, enter
Installed Packagesin the
Quick Findbox, then select Installed Packages.
- Click Configure next to "Nimble AMS".
Under Communication Settings, in
Email Confirmation Template, select the email template to use for the order confirmation email.
An email template must be active to display. Also, to help you find what you are looking for, if the email template is included in an installed package, the name of the package displays before the name of the email template.
If your org has more than 50 email templates, enter the Unique Template ID for the email template you want to use.
