Account Security, Privacy, and GDPR

As of May 25, 2018, the European Union put the General Data Protection Regulation into effect, which requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of European Union citizens. In order to comply with this Nimble AMS has created features to assist organizations to help their constituents feel more secure and provide options to anonymize their data if need be.

Anonymize an Individual

Staff can anonymize all personally identifiable information for an individual account in response to a constituent's request to be forgotten. Values in populated fields are anonymized in different ways depending on the field type, and all field history is deleted.

Set Consent Preferences

Staff can edit an individual account to update your constituent's privacy consent information.

View a Data Export Request

Staff can view a task related to individual account to see when constituent requested their data be exported and when that data must be given to them.
