One Payment - Community Hub

Nimble AMS makes it easy and convenient for members to pay off outstanding orders and balances through Community Hub.  With our easy to use One Payment functionality, your staff will spend less time following up on open orders as members can pay off multiple orders all with a single payment!  And Company Managers will also enjoy the same simple functionality as they manage paying off orders and balances for their company account.

Cross Entity Coupon

Nimble AMS supports Cross entity coupon feature which allows associations to apply coupon on cross entity products and necessary inter-entity transactions are automatically generated based on the entity crossover.

Coupons are a driving force in commerce that connects people and their wallets to brands. Association utilize coupons to attract new members, keep current customer coming back, and/or to reward customers for actions taken. 

Using entity crossovers, you can manage multiple financial entities within your single instance of Nimble AMS. For example: your Association, Foundation and/or Political Action Committee (PAC). When entity crossovers are set-up, products from multiple entities can be processed in a single order, and when a payment is applied to the order, any necessary inter-entity transactions are automatically generated based on the entity crossover. The entity crossover specifies the due-to and due-from general ledger (GL) accounts for the entities.

Cancel Membership Mid-Term

Associations sometimes need to cancel a membership part-way through a member’s term and issue a refund without backing out recognized revenue for the previously recognized months of the membership term.

Nimble AMS supports full membership cancellation and refunding the money back through a new, a simple interface your staff can easily follow. This does reverse the financial entries made around deferred revenue and recognized revenue. Additionally, with Cancel Membership Mid-Term feature we are now providing an ability for staff to easily process a membership mid term cancellation and reconcile the term and money.

Chapter Management

Chapters are an important part of many Associations and how they deliver value to their members. Chapters enable Associations to have a local presence to encourage member engagement, thus helping in recruiting and retaining members.  

Chapters act as an extension of the organization, helping further its mission by improving member engagement. Chapters help in increasing member engagement, recruiting and retaining members, providing leadership development, and handling marketing and communications efforts at the local level. Local chapters are the membership heartbeat of an association, and allow Associations a great opportunity to discover and serve the needs of all its constituents.

Nimble Communities

Nimble Communities are a place for associations and their constituents to connect and collaborate.  Associations can create branded communities that bring the association experience right to members finger tips, wherever they are. Customers can take advantage of a wealth of benefits to create a personalized community experience that engages constituents, by leveraging the platform capabilities directly tailored for associations. Communities provide a space where association members can collaborate on content in real time, share files and directly connect with others.

Point of Sale

Nimble AMS's Point of Sale feature, along with Hosted Payment Forms support, gives associations a secure and simple way to use a credit card scanner to accept credit card payments at conferences or events. If a staff user is onsite at a conference or event, they can accept credit or debit card payments with a card reader directly from Nimble AMS’s Hosted Payment Forms. As payment by card is quick, it prevents the hassle of long queues of customers. Also, it instills confidence in customers and improves brand image.

Core Permission Sets

Nimble AMS introduces a core set of unmanaged permissions sets with a minimalistic profile that subscribers can configure out of the box, providing layered access to Nimble AMS by capability.

Nimble Predictions - Member Lapse Prevention

Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a technology of tomorrow for associations.  Using Nimble AMS and Salesforce Einstein Prediction Builder, associations can now leverage artificial intelligence to predict which members are most likely to lapse their membership.  Our Member Lapse Prediction solution can help reduce staff time by using the power of artificial intelligence to identify and highlight high risk members and avoid costly, time intensive analysis.  Staff will spend less time researching member retention problems and instead focus on actions to increasing retention.

Solution Hub

As associations change and grow, their needs will evolve beyond what was determined for their initial launch of Nimble AMS. One Payment: Staff View

Associations on many occasions receive a single payment that has to be applied to multiple orders. e.g. A Company paying individual membership dues or event registration fees for all its employees. Nimble AMS now provides a robust and user friendly way for staff user to apply a single payment to multiple orders. One Payment feature allows staff users to select orders with outstanding balance and apply a single payment in a very time efficient manner.

Lightning Cross Sell

Cross Sell functionality will provide Associations an opportunity to cross sell more products and services to their constituents, and thus help in increasing revenue and member engagement. Organizations have several products and services that user can buy through Lightning Store. When the user is browsing through Lightning to purchase a particular product or service, it provides an opportunity for the Organization to cross sell other products and services which might be of the person’s interest. E.g. If a User is purchasing ‘Accounting Handbook for Beginners’ then there is good chance that the person might be interested in ‘Annual Conference for Accounting Professionals’ or ‘Journal for Accountants’. This can help increase visibility of products and services, and help in increasing revenue and engagement for the Organization.

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Compliance

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is developed through the World Wide Web Consortium's W3C process (external) in cooperation with individuals and organizations around the world, with a goal of providing a single shared standard for web content accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organizations, and governments internationally. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines how to make Web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Two Factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication is a two step verification process which takes place when a user logs in to the account. It adds an additional layer of security for the organization's accounts and ensures only the authorized users are using their accounts. Once implemented, it would not need any additional security experts. Also, as it is a free feature from Salesforce, there's no cost impact.

Our learning management software (LMS) solutions – Crowd Wisdom and Freestone – encourage learning anytime, anywhere, and in a variety of formats.  Nimble AMS has developed an integration that works with Crowd Wisdom and Freestone learning management software that allows members and association administrators to take advantage of both platforms.

Recurring Payments 

Flexible payments is the umbrella term for three powerful, cross-compatible features in Nimble AMS Staff View and Community Hub: One-time Scheduled payments, Installment Payments, and Recurring Payments. These are a must in the present day e-commerce environment. Financial transactions with your constituents are more likely than ever with these capabilities, helping increase revenue. It's also very convenient for constituents because it empowers them to "set it and forget it" or spread a large expense out over a period of time.  Recurring Payments are payments that automatically renews in perpetuity until canceled. Think of things like a monthly donation or a yearly membership that automatically renews each year.

One-time scheduled and Installment Payments

Flexible payments is the umbrella term for three powerful, cross-compatible features in Nimble AMS Staff View and Community Hub: One-time Scheduled payments, Installment Payments, and Recurring Payments.  One-time Scheduled Payments is a single payment scheduled to process in the future. This flexibility provides an alternative to paying for a product immediately.  Installment Payments are a series of two or more payments scheduled to process in the future. Installment payments help increase revenue by breaking down barriers to making a large purchase. For example, a large annual payment can instead be broken out into 12 monthly payments.
