Configure the Default Timezone of Community Hub Users

With assistance, administrators can configure the default timezone for all users created in Community Hub. This affects all dates and times seen in Community Hub.

The Community Hub user timezone should correspond to the timezone set for Users that were created when a customer moved data into Nimble AMS.

Contact Nimble AMS Support to complete these steps.

  1. Click Manage next to the Community Settings custom setting.
  2. Click Edit next to "Community Hub Login User".
  3. In the Default User Timezone text box, enter the default timezone–In the form "America/New_York"–you want to use for users created in Community Hub.

  4. Click Save.
