The SetAsDefaultPaymentMethod button, labeled Set As Default, takes the ID of an external payment profile, and displays when the Default on the external payment profile is deselected.
When the SetAsDefaultPaymentMethod button is clicked, Default is selected on the record, and Default is deselected on the account's other external payment profiles.
