Account Created Broadcast Card Controller Card Type

The Account Created Broadcast Card Controller card type displays a field set on the Account object as a collection of editable fields. When constituents submit a page containing a card of this type, a data source, like the DataSource$NewAccount Data Source, is used to create a new account with the populated information.
