The Record Type card type shows a list of the names and descriptions of Business and Person Account Record Types in your org. When users are not logged in, the card shows the Account Record Types assigned to the Community Hub profile. When users are logged in, the card shows the Account Record Types assigned to the Community Hub Login User profile. Users may choose one option from the list and when the page is submitted, the Account record that is created will be of the chosen Record Type.
