Manage Payment Profile Credit Card Card Type

The Manage Payment Profile Credit Card card type displays fields on External Payment Profile object for a credit or debit card. The card type includes a button which reveals instructions on where to find the security code on a given type of credit card. These instructions are displayed within the card itself, which expands to fit the content.
