My Downloads Proxy Page

On the My Downloads Proxy page, constituent's can access and download any downloadable products they have purchased. Before allowing the download to take place, Community Hub checks to see if constituents are logged in and if they have purchased a downloadable product. The proxy page retrieves the downloadable content and delivers it to constituent's device. The location of the downloadable content is specified by the Download URL on the merchandise product.

Is Downloadable must be selected on the merchandise product for the product to be downloadable.

You must Enable the Downloadable Docs Proxy in Community Hub to retrieve downloadable content.
