My Engagements Page

On the My Engagements page, constituents can view their current and past engagements with your association.

Viewing and Editing Background Information

Constituents can review the background information on their contact record to ensure it's accurate and click Edit to add missing information or make any corrections.

Viewing Current Engagements

Constituents can view all engagements where Status is Active or Pending. Constituents can click Manage on an engagement to be taken to the Manage Engagement Page for that record.

Viewing Past Engagements

Constituents can view all engagements where Status is Canceled or Completed. Constituents can click View on an engagement to be taken to the View Engagement Page for that record.
